If any of your party show any symptom of Covid 19, DO NOT attend Locked In. Please call ahead and we shall do our upmost to reschedule your group.
Upon arrival – ring the buzzer outside of the door, and wait for a team member to meet you and guide you to your teams ‘zone’ in reception.
To allow staff to maintain optimised social distancing between teams, you must arrive within ten minutes of your game play. I.e if you are booked at 2pm, you MUST arrive between 1.50pm and 2pm. If you are late you may forfeit your game.
Hands will be sanitised on entry, and also again in your zone after the use of toilet facilities and placing your belongings into the lockers.
Do not wear gloves to arrive at Locked In – we can not be sure of their sterility. Once hands have been sanitised should your wish to wear gloves these will be provided.
Masks will be worn for the duration of your visit with us at Locked In. Please bring your own. We will have some available if you have not got one.
Each team zone will have a bin. Gloves and masks MUST be discarded by yourselves, our staff can not dispose of these for you.
Toilets will be in use, on a one in one out basis. Please use facilities else where before arriving if possible.
By booking a game, you are confirming that your team is from a two household bubble, as required by Welsh Government.
We will be running a significantly reduced game capacity to allow us to regulate social distancing as best as we can.
Extra time is being allocated between each use of game rooms, to allow for an extensive sanitisation of all apparatus used by previous teams.
All staff members will be having temperature checks on arrival for their shift. Staff will be regularly sanitising hands throughout their shift. Visors and masks will also be worn and as best distancing will be maintained by our staff at all times.
